Melissa (Treasure Hunter)
This one is the most obvious one because Melissa is the strongest character in the game. She’s an amazing addition to any physical lineup since she can essentially lower the enemy’s resistance to this damage type. Practically flawless, she is blessed with a really high attack, agility, a great debuff, and an element. If you’re making a physical-heavy team, you definitely need Melissa in your squad.
Chris (High Flying Thief)
Chris has one of the best debuffs in the game and can even paralyze enemy teams. She can also reduce the enemy’s physical defense, which makes her a great partner to Melissa if you also have her.
Iris (Royal Holiday)
Iris has the highest base attack stat in the game. Although not as versatile as Melissa, Iris provides a great physical attack buff for the party.
Megumin (Explosion)
Her Ultimate is the hardest-hitting Ultimate in the game. While it does take Megumin out of the fight, when used strategically, she will end the fight outright, or pull out a useful backline unit for synergy purposes.
Erika (Dancing Adventurer)
Having her in your team makes quick work of the enemy boss thanks to her fire element. She also has a highly desirable physical attack buff for your team. Pairing her with Iris is one of the best things to do.
