As this console generation comes to a close, we bid farewell to the machines that have served us well for years and look forward to what’s ahead of us. Playstation 5 ‘s release date is just around the corner and with the pre-orders started, we thought it was a good time to list our recommendations for the top 5 games to get for the console at launch.

Top 5 PS5 Games To Buy On Launch
1.)Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales
Marvel’s Spider-Man is the second Spider-Man game from Insomniac Games. The game will walk us through the story of Miles Morales after the events of the first game. From what we’ve seen about the game, it looks to capture the magic of the original while adding some new elements to the mix, precisely what a sequel should aim for.

2.) Demon’s Souls Remake
Demon’s Souls was the first souls game, originally released for the PS3 back in 2009. The game was critically acclaimed for its refreshing take on the game difficulty in an era where every game targeted the lowest common denominator.
With the remake, Bluepoint Games aims to bring this gem to a whole new audience. The trailer for Demon’s Souls shows a lot of promise and should scratch the souls itch unless Elden Ring comes out sometime in the future.
3.) The Pathless
The Pathless is the newest game from Giant Squid games. The game is a free-flowing open-world game. You play as the Hunter and your task is to hunt down corrupted spirits in the world. There’s also an eagle to aid you in your journey.
It looks to be really minimalist and something fresh, and we can’t wait to drop into its gorgeous world when it launches on the 12th of November.
4.) Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk is probably the most hyped game of this decade. This is CD Projekt Red’s newest IP and is an open-world, action-adventure representation of the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop game.
The game is showing off a lot of potential with its visuals, gameplay and systems. Night city looks stunning and bustling with personality.
The weapons, characters and vehicles all look spectacular. Although the game will come out on current-gen consoles as well, the next-gen experience will be much better in our opinion.
5.) Destruction All-Stars
The only multiplayer game in this list, Destruction All-Stars is a Ubisoft game where you battle against other players in an arena either on foot or on your vehicles. The game looks to be charming and oozing with personality. The gameplay revolves around destroying others by ramming your vehicles, setting up traps etc.
Destruction All-Stars features a diverse roster of characters, arenas, vehicles and game modes. The high-octane action makes it one of the best games to play with your friends.
