Can You Play V Rising Offline?
In the latest 0.5.41448 Patch, V Rising has enabled LAN mode, which allows you to play the game offline without an internet connection. But, to play V Rising offline, you will need to go online and then activate the ‘Go Offline’ mode within Steam settings. Here is how you can do it:
- Before you disconnect from the internet, Start Steam
- Go Offline on Steam (Steam > Go Offline)
- After this, you can disconnect from the internet
The latest patch added a number of improvements to the game, including an “Authentication Error” that prevents players from coming back to specific servers. Also, if two players attempt to remove the connecting floor simultaneously, the Castle Floor will no longer be disconnected from the Castle Heart.
Other improvements have also been added to this patch:
- From now on, you cannot send the same servant to multiple hunts by placing multiple thrones.
- You will no longer get many equipment buffs from simultaneously equipping the two weapons in certain circumstances.
- Previously, some characters were displayed incorrectly in Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. So, to prevent this from happening, the font used in the game has been updated.
