About Chainsaw Man
The series is about a teenager called Denji whose early years are not quite good as he is completely broke and left with the humongous debt of his late father to pay to the yakuzas. He lives with his pet who is a Chainsaw Devil named Pochita with whom he also decapitates other devils to earn some money and to pay the rest loan amount to those loan sharks after him. However, due to yakuza betraying him he met his untimely demise. It looked like he died but due to a promise or a contract made in the past with his pet devil Pochita, he came to life again with also Pochita’s devil powers bestowed on him.
Later on, the public safety department’s elite officer Makima takes him in guaranteeing him a prosperous life and two meals a day which he only dreamt of before.
