Valheim is currently one of the most talked-about PC games and with good reason. The Viking-themed survival game has great and brutal survival mechanics, and masterfully marries roguelike elements and mythic creatures for a highly addictive and rewarding system.
However, Valheim‘s popularity has prompted many to capitalize on the hype train and create knock-offs to the game in an effort to make some quick cash. In a similar way, many websites can be found circulating a mobile version of Valheim.
Is Valheim On Mobile?
The short answer to the question is no. Valheim is currently only available on PC via Steam. Developer Iron Gate AB has a clear vision for the game right now as it currently busy building more content for the game, and as such has no plans of releasing the game on consoles or mobile.
Thus, fans should be aware of sketchy websites that claim such a thing. Fans should not download any such application as there’s quite a fair chance of that turning out to be malware, and possibly even some form of ransomware. However, mobile gamers who wish to experience Valheim shouldn’t lose hope as there’s still a solid chance that it might be ported over to the platform someday, just not anytime soon.
