Genshin Impact 2.0 update featuring the third region of Teyvat, Inazuma, was revealed during the Special Livestream Program that took place on July 9, 2021. Unlike other updates, Genshin Impact 2.0 is going to be the first massive update ever since the game’s launch, last year on September 28.

The new update will feature a pool of new content for players to dive right into. There are three new playable characters, Ayaka, Yoimiya, and Sayu, new enemies, normal bosses, and a world boss, seven new weapons out of which five are free and craftable, three new areas, two new artifacts, and much more coming to Genshin Impact with the version 2.0 update.

- Five new four-star craftable weapons.
- Two new five-star weapons.
- New World Boss, Normal Boss, and Enemies.

- Cross-progression among PS5, PS4, PC, Android, and iOS.
- Enhanced character shading.
- Haptic Feedback Support added to PS5 version.
- Additional Serenitea Pot functions including a gadget to collect seeds and plant in the “fields” in your realm.
