If not, then at first, connect your device to an active internet connection, whether it’s a Wi Fi connection or Mobile data, and then open your Roblox App. As soon as you open the Roblox app, the app will automatically update the game to its latest version. After this, you need to restart the game and check if the error is fixed or not.

Set The Correct Date & Time

Sometimes this problem occurs due to the wrong date & time of your device. So, you need to set the correct date & time on your device. Below we have shared the steps on how you can manually set the date & time on your device:

  • Click on the Windows or Start button.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Time & Language.
  •  Enable the Set time automatically option.
