Fall Guys is a Takeshi’s Castle-Esque battle royale game where you take part in different mini-games against other online players to win. This game has exploded in popularity right now, hitting the top charts on Steam and PS Store. The game is only available for the PlayStation 4 and PC. However, there already tens of thousands of players who want Fall Guys Cross-Platform support.
Currently, the game does not support cross-platform play. The developers over at Mediatonic have said that it’s something that will be coming in a future update. There is also talk that the devs are already working on cross-platform for Fall Guys. They even mentioned that all suggestions from the community for the game are welcome on their Discord server.
Game Designer Joe Walsh confirms Fall Guys Cross-Platform is in development
The game designer of Fall Guys, Joe Walsh confirmed on MinnMaxShow that the cross-play feature is in works. When asked, “Could this all be about to change?” Joe replied, “Well, crossplay is “a big thing” that the dev team at Mediatonic is “definitely looking into,”
“Fall Guys is about bringing people together to play wholesome games. It makes sense that crossplay is a part of that”

When Will Cross-Platform Play Come To Fall Guys?
There is slated release date for Fall Guys cross-platform update. However, it is in development so you can expect it coming out soon. [Writer’s take on Fall Guys cross platform]Fall Guys currently only supports two platforms and is most probably be going to be ported to other platforms in the near future. The game has some kind of a deal with Sony that doesn’t allow for release on multiple platforms. We don’t know the exact duration of the deal but it’s going to be over sometime soon. If this happens within a couple of months, we may see the game launch on the other platforms with cross-platform support added.
However, if it takes more than that, I am speculating that it will come really soon as the game interest is at peak right now. Adding that in right now is sure to make the player engagement higher as the game is better when played with friends.
