How to Unlock A Exo Challenge In Destiny 2

Unlocking this Exo Challenge isn’t as difficult as it might seem at first. The basic premise is to complete Varik’s Old Secrets, New Challenges quest. Follow the steps below to complete this quest:

  • The first step is to find 3 Dead Exos in Europa. The first can be found in Cadmus Ridge. The other two can be found in Perdition Lost Sector and Concealed Void Lost Sector respectively.
  • Once you get a hold of these 3 collectibles, you will need to locate the Giant Exo in the Braytech Exoscience. Once found, simply activate and interact with him to get the next set of objectives.
  • Return to Variks in Charon’s Crossing.

This should unlock an Exo Challenge which takes place in an AI, known as Clovis Bay. The Exo Stranger describes them as,

It seems you’ve discovered my grandfather’s Exo training protocols. They were designed to hastily upgrade the physical and mental fortitude of newly built Exos. But their design contained a rather ‘dark’ secret, as did most things built by my grandfather. Be careful within them; I imagine they won’t play nice.

This concludes the guide on unlocking Exo Challenge in Destiny 2. Completing this challenge is a crucial part of the Lost Lament quest which nets you a very special reward on completion.
