When is Genshin Impact Anniversary Date?

Genshin Impact was released on September 28, 2020. Since then, there have been many updates with new characters, islands, and events for the players. Although the 2.1 Livestream did not leave many clues about the anniversary’s celebration, it can be said that there will be a lot happening as this will be the game’s first anniversary. Read further to know what can be expected for the anniversary.

Genshin Impact Anniversary Date

Since Genshin Impact was released on September 28, 2020, the anniversary date would be September 28, 2021, exactly one year after its initial release. Some of the confirmed celebration events are given below.

Genshin Impact Passage of Clouds and Stars

In the 2.1 Livestream, it was confirmed that there will be a log-in event called Passage of Clouds and Stars. This is an event most awaited by the players as this will allow players to earn rewards such as Mora, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Hero’s Wit for completing daily check-ins. Players will also earn a total of 10 Intertwined Fates during this period, allowing them to pull a 10 Wish from either the Character Event Banner or Epitome Invocation Banner.

Engraved Wishes

miHoYo will be celebrating the one-year anniversary of Genshin Impact with a six-and-a-half-foot-tall Paimon Statue made up of 50,000 bricks engraved with messages from Genshin Impact players. Players can send their messages through the Engraved Wishes website from September 6th, 2021 until September 27, 2021. 50,000 messages will be picked randomly to engrave on Paimon Bricks and build the statue that is planned to unveil in China in October.

Genshin Impact Online Concert

Genshin Impact’s Online Concert will be performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and a Genshin’s Orchestral Concert held online featuring orchestras from the US, Belgium, and South Africa. There is no specific date for this event as of now.
