Cyberpunk 2077 is finally coming out on November 19, 2020 is coming out on 10th December 2020. With the game’s scope and potential features, many have asked the question of whether Cyberpunk 2077 will have a multiplayer component. Cyberpunk 2077 Multiplayer Details
First and foremost, Cyberpunk 2077 is a single-player game. There will be no multiplayer components in the launch game. However, CD Projekt Red has said they have plans for adding multiplayer options in the game later down the line.

The devs have said that they would like to take some time with the multiplayer aspect of the game. CD Projekt Red will release the multiplayer part as a standalone package available free for players who have purchased the base game.
We don’t have much information on how multiplayer will work for the game. But if we had to guess, it would be something along the lines of Grand Theft Auto V’s online. There could also be a possibility of battle royale modes with the recent surge in the genre’s popularity.
When Will Cyberpunk 2077 Multiplayer Mode Be Available?
Cyberpunk’s multiplayer does not have a firm release date, yet. The developers have said not to expect it coming before 2021.
With CDPR’s reputation of taking their time with their games, we expect that the release will be around the Q2 2021 or beyond.
