Players pulling for Raiden Shogun need to unlock this boss as soon as they get in the game because they can get the ascension material for her from the Thunder Manifestation boss.

Unlock Thunder Manifestation

- To start, talk to Eiko, an adventurer from Inazuma, who is investigating the anomaly at Seirai island.
- Once you’ve sealed all the warding stones on the Seirai island in the Serai Stormchasers quest, a short cutscene will play out and you will be introduced to the Thunder Manifestation boss.
- Defeat it, claim your rewards and then ascend the mountain.
- Once you’ve ascended the mountain, find the Peculiar Pinion feather and two chests, then take the feather back to Eiko. Talk to her to complete the Seirai Stormchasers world quest.
That will be the end of the Serai Stormchasers quest which will eventually lead you to unlock Thunder Manifestation.
