Pixel Piece received a major update on July 8, 2023, adding a new Pixel Fruit, the Light Fruit, a new boss, Ace, two new rare drop items, details on upcoming bosses, damage rebalancing, and much more.

Pixel Piece July Update Patch Notes
Light Fruit
Light fruit has been added to the game with a series of 6 moves (in order of mastery level needed)
- Light Finger – 5-second cooldown, 15 stamina low-mid level damage, and small AoE range
- Light Kick – 15-second cooldown, 25 stamina, mid-high level damage, and mid-level AoE range
- Light Lunge – 10-second cooldown, 15 stamina, mid-level damage, and small AoE range
- Mirror Bounce – 30-second cooldown, 46 stamina, mid-level damage – mid-level AoE range
- Light Barrage – 55-second cooldown, 135 stamina, high-level damage – high AoE range
- Light Flight – 3-second cooldown, 25 stamina (no dmg) Light fruit will be available for 90K beli, or 3000 Robux permanently.
Blackmarket Frenzy
The black-market dealers have had a stroke of luck recently, acquiring more exotic pixel fruits to sell to you all.
- STOCK RESET IS NOW 2 HOURS INSTEAD OF 4 HOURS.
- RARE, LEGENDARY, AND MYTHICAL FRUIT CHANCES INCREASED X2
New Ace Boss + 2 Rare Drops
Portbit D. Ace has arrived on the first seas. Find him on his island and beat him for a chance to win two drops;
- Ace’s Hat – Grants a 40% increase in Flame Fruit Damage
- Ace’s Necklace – Grants a 20% increase in Flame Fruit Damage Ace is a Level 400 boss, and has 3 different abilities you might recognise. Definitely, a fight made easier with friends.
Other Upcoming Bosses
We’ve finished up development for a few other bosses, which will come in next week’s update. No spoilers for now, but you might see a few hints in sneak peeks every now and again.
Damage Rebalancing
We’ve heard you guys. Damage SUCKS. so the devs grinded an entire day going through all 110 abilities and 20+ swords available/unavailable in the game, and with the help of the testing team, we think we’ve made some major improvements. Summary of changes include.
- Base Melee damage is now 9dmg instead of 5
- ALL PIXEL FRUITS HAVE BEEN BUFFED SIGNIFICANTLY
- BLADES have been slightly tweaked and buffed where necessary.
- BLACK LEG AND 1SS HAVE BEEN BUFFED
Bug fixes
Fixed some pretty major bugs as well, including some of the bugs that have come as a result of the removal of Pixel Arena.
