The eighth mainline entry in the iconic Resident Evil franchise, Resident Evil Village is just days away from its highly anticipated release. Although the copies of the game have been out in the wild for quite some time now, fans will have to wait a few more days officially to get their hands on it.
Fans who pre-ordered Resident Evil Village digitally can pre-load the game on all platforms starting May 5, 2021. As for the unlock time, unfortunately, Capcom hasn’t revealed any official info on this at the time of this writing. However, the unlock time for Capcom’s most recent title may give an idea of when Resident Evil Village could be available to play.
Capcom’s latest release, Monster Hunter Rise was unlocked at 12 AM JST, which is 9 AM PST, 12 PM EST, and 2 PM GMT. Resident Evil Village could also be unlocked at 12 AM JST. Whatever turns out to be the case, we will make sure to update the story as soon as Capcom gives an official update.
Resident Evil Village launches May 7, 2021, on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
