Valheim is an extremely popular survival game, devleoped by Iron Gate Studios. The game has brutal survival elements and procedural world generation, all set in a creative Viking setting.
The game also has a bunch of cool mythic creatures that players can fight. One such boss is the Elder, and many players are finding it difficult to summon the boss and defeat him.
How to Summon Elder and Defeat Him?
Follow these steps to summon the Elder:

- Traverse to the Black Forest area.
- Once there, navigate to the burial chambers.
- The chambers should have a red rune stone. Interact with it.
- Once done, the Elder’s location should be marked on the map.
- Before going there, find 3 ancient seeds. The best way to get these is by destroying greydwarf seeds.
- Once equipped with the seeds, go to the marked location and start the summoning process by placing them over on the stone.
- This should summon the Elder.
The best way to defeat Elder is to use fire arrows, and campfires as he seems to be particularly weak towards that. Many have suggested to keep atleast a 100 fire arrows ready before facing him, so make sure you are well-prepared before going in.
